Audit response

A web application will soon be available to manage non compliant performance.

  • Exception records for each audit will be posted on our website for on-going managment by the client's contract manager and the provider.  Access will be restricted to authorised users for each contract.
  • Providers will record how they intend to address each aspect of non-compliance for each set of audit results.
  • Client contract managers will monitor the intended corrective action and see whether or not the action has been taken and is effective.
  • Trends (of compliance/non-compliance, improvement, inaction, ineffective action and so on) over the period of the contract will be apparent.
  • Managing via the audit response is the key to accountability and on-going improvement.

Sample Audit Report

A sample audit report is shown here.

  • Each performance standard is taken from a contract specification or service level agreement. If you don't already have performance standards we can help you develop a set, based on industry best practice.
  • The minimum acceptable performance is the level of performance that's acceptable to the client organisation. Performance on each standard is rated according to our auditor's judgement on whether or not it meets the standard at the minimum performance level. If we rate any standard as not non-compliant, our reasons are written in the comments column.
Our auditors are knowledgeable and experienced in food service management, and their ratings result from sound, informed judgements.
