We have in-house expertise to review our operations, why should we use an external company?
One of our most frequent compliments from clients is "you bring fresh eyes to our food service". When you work in an area all the time it's often difficult to spot the problems (like the cobwebs in our living room), so bringing us in to look at your operation is invariably useful.
What does it cost?
All our work is based on an hourly rate that is benchmarked to local rates. The longer a job takes, the more costly it is. A better question is "Are you good value?" - our clients think we are.
